One of the most developed tourism centres to the west of Alanya. The İncekum beach, where the pine forest meets the sea, makes the area a neighbour of one of Alanya's best-known beaches.
Daily life
The neighbourhood is self-sufficient: supermarket chains, a market, a pharmacy, a school, a bank and a wide line-up of restaurants. In the summer season it comes alive with hotel traffic; in winter it quietens down, but thanks to its permanent residents it stays open.
Getting around
Approximately 25 km to Alanya town centre, and approximately 95 km to Antalya Airport — one of the closest areas of Alanya for those flying into Antalya. Gazipaşa Airport is approximately 70 km away.
Housing stock
New complexes with pools and communal facilities, sea-view apartments and villas. The supply of new projects is at its highest here along Alanya's western stretch; prices are affordable compared with the centre, while the facilities in most projects are extensive.
